Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Ensures excellent customer service for every guest, every time.
- Removes soiled glassware and utensils from table and counter tops.
- Carries dirty dishes to kitchen.
- Wipes tables and seats with dampened cloth.
- Sets tables with clean linens, sugar bowls, and condiments.
- Wraps clean silverware in napkins.
- Circulates among diners and serves beverages such as iced tea and coffee.
- Maintains cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with established health and safety standards.
- Ensures that designated work areas, flatware, glasses, dinnerware and other used to serve customers are free from hazards (i.e. chips, breaks, cracks, liquid on floor, etc.).
- Responsible for the enforcement of all applicable regulations, under the code of Federal Regulations, Title 31, Chapter X, as it pertains to this position. This includes, but is not limited to, observing and reporting suspicious activity, of either customers or employees, as defined in the Code of Federal Regulations.
- Responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all applicable regulations under the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 31, Chapter X, by attending Title 31/Anti-Money Laundering training, provided by Casino Arizona, at least once a year or more if required by management and outlined in the Title 31 Minimum Internal Controls.
Previous experience or training preferred.
