Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor
Summary
Responsible for general maintenance duties as assigned or by regular schedule.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.Other duties may be assigned.
Prior experience or training preferred. Mechanical skills are essential. Must possess a valid Arizona Drivers license and must meet MVR requirements to be authorized to use company vehicles.

Must be able to work harmoniously with co-workers and be a team player. Must possess coordination and dexterity to work with hand and power tools. Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations.
Language Skills
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; secondary smoke; toxic or caustic chemicals and fumes; outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.

- Works under the general direction of Maintenance Technicians, Supervisors and/or Managers.
- Monitors the grounds assigned to ensure cleanliness; picks up all paper, refuse, trash, etc..
- Sweeps areas assigned and cleans any trash, cigarette and food receptacles.
- Maintains landscaped areas by keeping free of weeds and trash debris.
- Maintains all equipment needed for general maintenance duties.
- Performs plumbing repairs, when necessary or instructed.
- Performs scheduled maintenance and makes simple repairs to equipment and machinery.
- Adheres to all company safety policies, procedures and responsibilities concerning accident prevention including reporting any safety concerns to a supervisor immediately.
