Discretionary Trader

The firm is seeking disciplined traders with a proven ability to generate consistent, risk-adjusted returns across liquid financial markets. Successful candidates will have an established trading process, strong risk management skills, and a verifiable performance track record.

Responsibilities

• Manage proprietary capital across your area of expertise.
• Develop and execute discretionary trading strategies based on fundamental, technical, quantitative, or macro-driven analysis.
• Identify and capitalize on market opportunities while adhering to disciplined risk management principles.
• Monitor positions and adjust exposure as market conditions evolve.
• Collaborate with fellow traders and the broader trading team to share market insights and best practices.
• Continuously refine trading strategies through research and performance analysis.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience managing a live trading book within a proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, bank, asset manager, or similar institutional environment.
• Demonstrated history of consistent profitability and strong risk-adjusted returns.
• Proven ability to manage drawdowns and maintain disciplined risk management.
• Deep understanding of market structure, execution, and liquidity.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills in fast-moving market environments.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative trading culture.
