VP Sales - Data Centers, HVAC & Controls
We’re working on a senior leadership hire for a well established business operating across HVAC, controls into Mission Critical Environments.
They’ve built a strong reputation delivering complex projects and already supporting a wealth of data center clients, the next step is bringing in a dedicated leader to take that part of the business and turn it into a defined, scaled vertical.
This is a role with real influence. You’ll sit close to the executive team and be given the autonomy to shape how this grows.
What you’ll be stepping into
- You’re not walking into a blank sheet of paper. The business already has technical depth, delivery capability and access to the right clients.
- The focus is on pulling that together under one leader and driving it forward.
- Setting direction, opening doors at the right level, and making sure what’s sold is delivered properly.
Where you’ll spend your time
- Driving growth across hyperscale and enterprise data center clients
- Building out a team that can support both sales and execution
- Working closely with internal delivery teams to tighten up standards and performance
- Strengthening relationships with key partners across equipment and controls
- Acting as the point person for data center strategy across the business
