Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10–15 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, with a strong focus on Medical Devices / Medical Technologies.
  • Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar portfolios (USD 10M ) in engineering services, digital services, or technology consulting.
  • Strong understanding of MedTech engineering lifecycle, regulatory environment, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated success in complex, consultative sales and long-term account growth.
  • Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a global, matrixed environment with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience selling to leading medical device, diagnostics, or digital health companies in North America.
  • Familiarity with outsourced engineering services models and global delivery.
  • Strategic mindset with a balance of hunter and farmer capabilities.
  • Strong commercial acumen and deal-shaping experience.
