Sales Director – Medical Devices & Pharmaceuticals (Engineering Services)
Location: Indiana / MidWest / East Coas
We are looking for a Sales Director to lead growth across Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical accounts in the Indiana / MidWest / East Coast. This role owns revenue strategy, key accounts, and new logo acquisition, with a strong focus on selling engineering services and solutions to MedTech and Pharma companie
What you’ll do
- Own and execute the sales strategy for Medical Devices & Pharma accounts in the region
- Drive new business (hunter motion) while growing strategic existing accounts
- Build and manage senior client relationships (CXO, VP Engineering, R&D, Operations)
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles for engineering services and programs
- Coordinate cross-selling and joint go-to-market initiatives across offerings
- Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on sales performance
- Mentor and guide the sales team and contribute to talent development
What we’re looking for
- 10 years of experience in B2B sales, with strong leadership exposure
- Proven experience selling engineering services to Medical Devices / Pharma / MedTech companies (must-have)
- Strong track record of closing large, complex, multi-year deals
- Strategic, consultative, and hunter-oriented sales mindset
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
