Our client is looking for a high-impact Sales Manager – Medical Technologies to drive strategic growth and customer engagement across North America.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proven sales leader with strong Medical Devices / MedTech experience to manage and grow a USD 10–15M portfolio while partnering with some of the world’s leading healthcare and medical technology companies.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Drive revenue growth and new business acquisition across strategic MedTech accounts
• Own customer relationships with CXOs, business leaders, and engineering stakeholders
• Lead complex deal pursuits, solution positioning, and commercial negotiations
• Collaborate with global delivery and solution teams to deliver value-driven engineering and digital solutions
• Build long-term account growth strategies aligned to customer technology roadmaps and regulatory needs
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• 10–15 years of B2B sales/account management experience in Medical Devices / MedTech
• Experience in engineering services, digital transformation, or technology consulting
• Strong track record managing multi-million-dollar portfolios (USD 10M )
• Strong consultative selling, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Understanding of MedTech engineering lifecycle and regulatory environments
🔹 Preferred Experience:
• Selling to medical device, diagnostics, or digital health companies in North America
• Exposure to outsourced engineering services and global delivery models
• Strong commercial acumen with both hunter and farmer capabilities
