What are the responsibilities and job description for the Injection Molding Process Technician position at Talento Search Group?
Talento Search Group has an opening for an Injection Mold Process Technician in the St. Louis, Missouri area. This is a direct-hire position and the pay range is $25-35 per hour, depending on experience
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Calibrate molds
- Adjust machine settings including cycle time, pressure, temperature, etc.
- Perform color changes and tooling changes
- Perform paperwork including process sheets and operate associated equipment
- Use measurement tools
- Assist in scrap reduction program
- Train setup personnel
- Document setups, equipment layouts, and process control of presses
Experience Needed:
- High School Diploma
- At least 3 years of injection mold setup experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand, carry, lift, bend, and walk for duration
