INJECTION MOLDING SUPERVISOR/PROCESS TECHNICIAN

A fast-growing local manufacturer of high-quality plastic components is seeking a hands-on and experienced Night Shift Injection Molding Supervisor to lead our dedicated night crew.

Job Description:

The Injection Molding Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordination the work of employees who set-up and operate injection molding machines by leading and promoting a safety-first work atmosphere while ensuring all company rules and policies are followed. The injection molding supervisor will be a working supervisor performing set-up, processing, and production support while mentoring and coaching employees to ensure the goals and objectives of the company are met.

Responsibilities:

• Promoting and support a safety-first work atmosphere.
• Ensures all company rules and policies are followed.
• Ensures components are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
• Directs, coordinates, and supports all production activities on 3rdshift.
• Performs Set-Ups, Changeovers and Processing to Production
• Processes and Troubleshoots plastic injection molding equipment
• Records and maintains accurate production records using MRP system
• Supports Inventory and Cycle Counting using MRP system
• Keeps department clean and organized following 5S methodology.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and exceptional attendance
• 2 - 3 Years’ Experience in Plastic Injection Molding
• Able to Lift 50 Pounds
• Pass Pre-Employment Background Check, Drug Screen and Physical
• Available to Work Overtime as Needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
