Bookkeeper

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Bookkeeper in the Elk Grove Village, Illinois area.  This is a direct hire position and the pay range is $26-30 per hour, depending on experience.

The position will report to the CEO/President.

Responsibilities:

• Processing of AP, AR, cash, credit, tax, payroll and other transactions as required
• Perform monthly reconciliations to maintain accurate/clean ledgers - including Balance Sheets & P&Ls
• Issuance of customer invoices and follow up in a timely manner
• Ensure all database profiles are accurate and up-to-date
• Assist with tax filings and year-end audits
• Assist with other administrative activities as needed

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3 years experience in bookkeeping or similar accounting role
• Proficient with Quickbooks or similar software
• Strong attention to detail, communications, keeping deadlines and discretion in handling sensitive information
