Maintenance Manager

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Maintenance Manager in the Canton, Georgia area. This is a direct-hire position and the pay range is about $115,000-120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor maintenance and tooling departments
• Oversee a team of 10-15 employees
• Direct and coordinate activities for repairs and preventive maintenance
• Implement and promote a strong preventive maintenance plan
• Requisition materials including tools and parts
• Coach and train maintenance team
• Review and coordinate outside contradtor bids
• Help in budget preparation
• Create and implement maintenance procedures and policies

Experience Needed:

• At least 5 years of industrial maintenance management experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field is preferred
• Strong experience in implementing preventive maintenance programs
• Experience in Process Improvements and Lean Manufacturing
