Role: Landscape Laborer
Pay Rate
$18$22 per hour, based on experience
Schedule
Approximately 40 hours per week
Monday through Friday
7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Overtime available based on operational needs
Hours are tracked through a workforce timekeeping application
Housing & Relocation Support
Housing coordination available
Temporary hotel accommodation may be arranged if permanent housing is not immediately available
Housing is expected to be located close to the work area whenever possible
Job Responsibilities
Perform professional landscaping and grounds-maintenance duties
Travel between multiple job sites during the workday
Assist with landscape installation and maintenance projects
Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely
Drive work vehicles and trailers when assigned
Perform outdoor physical labor in varying weather conditions
Support winter operations, including snow removal and shoveling
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
Follow supervisor instructions and established workplace-safety procedures
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of professional landscaping experience required
Valid Driver's License required
Experience driving a truck with a trailer required
Ability to travel between approximately 510 job sites per day
Spanish-English bilingual ability preferred
Approximately 60% English proficiency preferred
Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a crew
Standard background check required
