Job Description

Location: Roxbury, Vermont

Position Details
Role: Experienced Carpenter
Pay Rate
$20$25 per hour, based on experience
Overtime is not currently offered
Housing & Transportation
Housing available for approximately $600 per month / $150 per week, deducted from pay
Transportation to job sites provided
Employee is responsible for applicable fuel expenses
Basic tools provided
Work uniforms provided
Job Responsibilities
Perform residential carpentry work from project start through completion
Lead and coordinate carpenters and subcontractors when required
Perform residential framing and general construction work
Read and interpret architectural blueprints and construction plans
Ensure work is completed accurately according to plans and specifications
Help manage job-site organization, quality standards, and project timelines
Communicate professionally with customers and project teams
Coordinate with design and project-management teams
Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience required
Strong residential framing experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Leadership and job-site coordination experience preferred
Valid Driver's License required
English required
Ability to perform physically demanding construction work
Strong attention to quality and detail
Ability to work effectively with crews and subcontractors
Safety & Equipment
Safety boots required and provided by the employee
Safety glasses required and provided by the employee
Company provides uniforms and basic tools
Must follow all job-site safety procedures
Pre-Employment Requirements
Drug screening required where applicable based on work location
