Pay Rate
$17$25 per hour, based on experience and skills
2nd Shift Differential: $0.50 per hour
3rd Shift Differential: $1.00 per hour
Candidates with limited experience may start at $17 per hour and be reevaluated after an in-person mechanical and math aptitude assessment
Schedule
1st Shift: 6:00 AM 2:00 PM
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM 6:00 AM
Full-time
Overtime available
Candidates generally begin on day shift, with the possibility of moving to another shift later

Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of machining experience preferred
Candidates with strong mechanical and math aptitude may be considered with less experience
Experience with CNC lathes and mills preferred
Experience with manual lathes and mills preferred
English required for training and workplace communication
Must complete an in-person mechanical and math aptitude assessment after arrival
Standard background check required
Employment eligibility verification required
Pre-employment drug screening may be required
Steel-toe safety shoes required
Measuring tools required for machinist roles
Employees should bring their own tools or be prepared to purchase required tools gradually
Ability to follow workplace safety procedures
Long hair must be secured and excessive jewelry should be avoided in the production environment
