What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscaper position at Marathon Staffing?
We are now seeking a landscaper/general Laborer for a well-known area Landscape company located in Marlboro, MA. New employees will be trained by knowledgeable supervisors on various tasks.
• Clean, safe work environment with a team focused on production and improvement.
• We offer weekly pay, direct deposit, employee discount program, access to health insurance coverage, and more.

Typical work hours will be from 7:00 am until Finish (4:30pm) Monday through Friday with Occasional Saturdays based on weather permitting. May offer year round work to the right candidate.
Duties will include but not limited to:
• Maintain mowing and lawn care
• weed whacking, leave blowing, plant maintenance
• Spring and Fall clean ups
• some masonry work
• Plowing or shoveling in the winter
Requirements
• Great customer service a must
• Experience with landscape a plus but willing to train
• Must be reliable
• Must have a drivers license
Pay rate: starting at $16-24 (depending on experience)
