FAST HIRE!! Truss Builder Needed! (MSNC)

Marathon Staffing is seeking reliable, hardworking candidates for a Truss Builder position with immediate starts. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality, and are comfortable working overtime, we’d love to hear from you.

Location: New London, NC

What you’ll do:

• Set up the work area and secure required component parts and supplies
• Fit parts together according to prescribed instructions and quality standards
• Operate hand tools to complete the assembly process
• Stack completed products and, when needed, cover, label, and band components/finished product
• Complete pre-shift/startup equipment inspection checklist and report issues
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Follow established safety and quality procedures and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must have prior experience!!!
• Reliable transportation to New London, NC
• Ability to work safely and identify safety issues
• Ability to follow instructions/blueprints and use hand tools
• Ability to read a tape measure and use basic math skills
• Punctual, reliable, and able to pay attention to surroundings

Schedule & Pay:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• $16/hour (OT may be requested)
• Weekly incentive bonus
