📍 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
💰 Starting Pay: $17/hour Overtime Pay MONTHLY BONUS!!!!
What You’ll Do:
Build roof and floor trusses
Read simple shop drawings
Assemble and plate trusses by hand
Work safely and meet quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
Reliable and ready to work
Comfortable with hands-on, physical work
Team-oriented with attention to detail
✅ Full-time hours
✅ Overtime available
✅ Day shift – weekends free (Some Saturdays, but not that often)
Responsibilities
Read and understand set-up sheets.
Position plates properly.
Operate gantry.
Verify lumber accuracy with sheets.
Verify truss set up is accurate.
Perform daily operator maintenance.
Maintain 100% crew efficiency.
Mark individual trusses when required.
Train Builder Associates.
Qualifications
Able to read and write in their primary language.
Able to stand for long periods of time.
Able to read or able to learn to read a set up sheet.
Able to lift 50 pounds.
Salary : $17
