Our client, a biotechnology company, is looking for a Project Manager to support patient engagement, advocacy and operational excellence initiatives. This role will lead cross-functional projects, optimize processes and help drive programs that enhance patient experiences and stakeholder engagement.
Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ - hybrid
Contract: 12 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage patient engagement, education, outreach, and operational projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and implement processes that support engagement initiatives, information management, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, maintain project documentation, and provide regular updates, reports, and presentations to support informed decision-making and successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- Experience in project management, operations, or program management within healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or related industries.
- Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using project management, CRM, document management, or workflow systems.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or related certifications are preferred but not required.
