Location: Baltimore, MD
Start: immediately
Must live in the city of Baltimore, MD - Specific Zip Code requirement must reside in
2-3 month assignment
What we are looking for and Responsibilities:
- 3 years (Labor) in commercial construction
- Trash debris removal
- Unloading trucks
- Moving and hauling HVAC, sheet metal, plumbing and pipe materials between floors
- Unboxing and unpacking construction materials
- Cleaning and general upkeep of construction areas
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work early morning shifts and occasional weekends
- Comfortable with heights, bending, standing, confined spaces, and working in all weather conditions
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs
- Experience working on school projects
- Must pass a back ground and drug screen
