HVAC Installer – Commercial Construction

We are actively hiring experienced HVAC Installers for commercial construction projects and are looking for dependable, motivated professionals who are ready to start immediately.

What You'll Do:
- Install commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, and associated equipment
- Install ductwork, fittings, diffusers, dampers, and ventilation systems
- Set and connect HVAC equipment according to manufacturer specifications and project plans
- Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and construction documents
- Install refrigerant lines, condensate drains, and related components
- Assist with system startups and functional testing
- Coordinate with project managers, foremen, and other trades on-site
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following OSHA and site-specific safety requirements
Qualifications:
- HVAC installation experience in commercial construction
- EPA Certification preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Experience installing ductwork, HVAC equipment, and related components
- Familiarity with HVAC tools and installation best practices
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
