Some Executive Assistant roles are about managing diaries
This one is about helping a C-suite leader operate at their best.
We're partnering with a global SaaS organisation to hire an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a newly appointed executive. This is a highly visible role where you'll become a trusted partner, providing the structure, organisation and support needed to help drive priorities across a fast-paced global business.
You'll be responsible for managing a complex schedule, coordinating international travel, preparing meeting materials, supporting leadership meetings and acting as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. You'll also become involved in a variety of projects and initiatives, helping to keep priorities moving and ensuring the executive is always prepared and focused on what matters most.
We're looking for someone who is naturally proactive and enjoys taking ownership. Someone who doesn't simply react to requests but anticipates what is needed before being asked.
The ideal person will have:
• Experience supporting a C-suite executive or senior leader within a large, complex organisation
• A background in technology, SaaS, consulting or another fast-paced corporate environment
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with senior stakeholders
• The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• A calm, solutions-focused approach when plans change or challenges arise
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering work to a consistently high standard
• A genuine interest in understanding the business and becoming a trusted extension of the executive they support
We're particularly interested in speaking with Executive Assistants who see themselves as strategic partners rather than purely administrative support. Individuals who enjoy getting involved, taking ownership, solving problems and finding ways to make an executive and their wider team more effective.
Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, automate tasks, support research or streamline workflows would be highly advantageous.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global organisation during an exciting period of growth while working closely with senior leadership and making a genuine impact on the success of the business.
If that sounds like the type of challenge you're looking for, we'd love to hear from you.
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
