Low Voltage Technician/Electrician – $24 to $26
Location: Columbia, SC
Pay: $24.00 to $26.00
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7 am to 4:00 pm
Project: 4 months
We are seeking experienced Low Voltage Technicians / Electricians for a commercial new construction stadium project. This role involves installing audio systems and running low-voltage wiring throughout the facility. We are looking for reliable technicians with strong commercial experience who can work independently and follow project specifications.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of low voltage experience
• Experience installing audio, sound, or security systems
• Commercial construction experience required
• Experience with fiber optic, Cat6, and coax cable
• Ability to work independently
• Must have own tools and PPE
• Reliable transportation required
Job Responsibilities:
• Run and conceal low-voltage wiring throughout the stadium
• Install commercial audio/sound systems
• Mount speakers, amplifiers, and related equipment
• Connect systems to media rooms and press boxes
• Install and terminate Cat6, fiber optic, and coax cables
• Follow blueprints and project layouts
• Maintain jobsite safety standards
Preferred Experience:
• Stadium, arena, or large commercial project experience
• Experience with structured cabling
• Experience terminating fiber
