Key Responsibilities- Oversee production staff in operating machinery, assembling products, and performing quality checks.
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Monitor production output to meet established schedules and quality standards.
- Manage workflow and inventory to meet production demands, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
- Train and mentor new team members to uphold operational standards.
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and thoroughly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to 5S standards.
- Comply with all safety, environmental, and quality protocols.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
- Familiarity with industry policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Experience in leading teams and making personnel decisions.
- Accreditation from a technical school or skilled trades program.
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Capability to pass required vision tests.
