Manufacturing Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven leader to manage manufacturing operations across multiple shifts. This role is vital for ensuring high performance through effective team leadership and strategic oversight, contributing significantly to the company's success.

• Cultivate a high-performance work environment emphasizing accountability, collaboration, and employee involvement.
• Build and adjust production schedules to balance customer needs with workforce and machinery utilization.
• Evaluate performance data, generate reports, and present findings to executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory safety requirements, and quality management systems.
• Develop and coach supervisors to drive strong team results.
• Lead lean initiatives, process improvements, and continuous improvement projects.
• Provide leadership and guidance to supervisors for efficient operations around the clock.
• Oversee daily output metrics and implement improvement plans to achieve or exceed targets in safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost control.
• Maintain accurate and timely records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other functions to troubleshoot challenges and enhance performance.

• Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 6 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proven track record of successfully leading teams with decision-making authority on personnel matters.
• Strong knowledge of modern manufacturing methods, processes, and best practices.
• Experience in applying policies and procedures, with exposure to departmental budgeting, planning, and process development.
• Ability to manage complex responsibilities within defined procedures and frameworks.
