Key Responsibilities- Lead safety initiatives and collaborate with the EHS Manager to ensure a safe working environment.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and quality policies.
- Investigate incidents and recommend improvements for safety and efficiency.
- Support plant safety programs through active participation in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee production to meet goals and verify product specifications.
- Manage employee timecards and time-off requests for accurate payroll and coverage.
- Champion continuous improvement projects and maintain achieved gains.
- Manage production schedules and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with Maintenance and Process Engineering to resolve equipment and material issues.
- Analyze production data using dashboards and SAP.
- Foster a high-performance culture and promote teamwork.
- Supervise production employees and address employee relations.
- Encourage open communication and motivate employees to achieve goals.
- Conduct performance reviews and support employee growth.
- Enforce company disciplinary processes consistently and fairly.
- Ensure employee training is current and effective.
