Key Responsibilities- Develop and expand new and existing accounts within the assigned geographic territory.
- Build and manage relationships with current and potential customers to sell Interventional Oncology products.
- Perform sales functions with minimal supervision, including analyzing territory, developing sales strategies, and executing sales calls.
- Plan and conduct product demonstrations and manage the sales order/quotation process.
- Serve as a consultative resource to customers and provide market feedback to the company.
- Uphold company ethics, values, and business practices in all interactions.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, with some Post-Graduate work preferred.
- 4-8 years of experience in the Interventional Oncology/Interventional Radiology space.
- Proficiency in product knowledge and conducting demonstrations.
- Industry knowledge and required certifications and training.
- Proficiency in business tools such as E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HCM (e.g., Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software is desired.
- Strong organizational, time and territory management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Presentation and selling skills.
- Willingness to travel 40-50% of the time within the assigned territory in the state of FL.
