Vice President, FP&A

This strategic finance position focuses on driving profitability and financial visibility within the e-commerce sector. Collaborating with key departments, the role enhances unit economics, forecasting accuracy, and data-driven decision-making.

• Develop and refine pricing frameworks to maximize contribution margin while maintaining competitive positioning.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of unit economics, including shipping costs, payment processing fees, and promotional impacts.
• Build and maintain advanced financial models to forecast Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and cohort performance.
• Lead agile forecasting processes, including weekly re-forecasts and scenario planning.
• Partner with Marketing to optimize spend allocation and improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) across channels.
• Leverage SQL and BI tools for real-time performance tracking and automate FP&A systems.
• Oversee financial planning related to inventory and logistics, including stock-turn optimization and fulfillment performance.

• Advanced financial modeling skills with experience in dynamic, driver-based forecasting.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce unit economics and digital business models.
• Proven success in optimizing marketing spend and improving ROAS.
• Experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain finance within e-commerce.
• Leadership experience managing high-performing FP&A or pricing teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10-15 years of progressive experience in FP&A, pricing, or strategic finance roles within a digital-native business model.
