Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Labor Workers to join our manufacturing team. This role supports daily production operations by assisting with material handling, assembly, packaging, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. No previous experience is required — training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general production and manufacturing tasks
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
- Package and label finished products
- Operate basic hand tools and production equipment
- Inspect products for quality and report defects or issues
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions
- Support machine operators and other departments as needed
Qualifications
- Previous factory, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
