Key Responsibilities
- Package and label food products according to company standards
- Inspect products to ensure quality and food safety compliance
- Operate basic production and packaging equipment
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety guidelines
- Assist with general production duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
