Job Title: Electrical Assembler
Location: Kentwood, MI
Shift: 1st Shift | Full-time/Direct Hire (Monday-Friday, 6 AM - 3:30 PM)
Pay: $24/hr.
Job Summary
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to build and wire electrical components and assemblies according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in precision, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and wire electrical components, panels, and subassemblies
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
- Route and connect wires using proper tools and techniques
- Inspect assemblies for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications
- Use hand tools, crimpers, soldering irons, and testing equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or a related field (training available for motivated candidates)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or schematics
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Basic knowledge of electrical components and tools
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Preferred Skills
- Experience in panel building or control system assembly
- Familiarity with UL standards or ISO quality processes
- Basic soldering or electrical testing experience
