Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production while meeting quality and safety standards. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow production schedules, and troubleshoot minor equipment issues as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
• Set up machines for production runs and make adjustments as necessary.
• Monitor machine performance to ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Conduct routine inspections and quality checks throughout the production process.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report mechanical problems to maintenance personnel.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Follow all safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Keep work areas clean and organized in accordance with company standards.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from production lines.
• Assist with changeovers, cleaning, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and production demands.

Schedule

• Full-time position.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs.
