Material Handler

1st/2nd shift $18-$22/hr

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Material Handler to support production and warehouse operations. The Material Handler is responsible for moving, storing, and supplying materials throughout the facility to ensure efficient workflow and uninterrupted production. This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and transport materials throughout the facility.
• Supply production lines with raw materials and remove finished goods as needed.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Verify quantities and inspect materials for damage or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and complete required documentation.
• Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Work closely with production, warehouse, and shipping teams to meet operational goals.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, material handling, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience preferred.
• Ability to read work orders, labels, and shipping documents.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Schedule

• Full-time position.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.
