Job Title: Custom Cabinet Fabrication - Assembly

Location: Hudsonville, MI

Pay: $19/hr

Schedule: 1st Shift (6am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday)

Job Description

We are seeking a Custom Cabinet Fabrication candidate to support production operations in a manufacturing environment. This role involves hands-on assembly, installation, and fabrication of custom cabinet components using a variety of tools and equipment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with physical work.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Install various cabinet assemblies and components as required
• Install liners, ports, motors, coils, heaters, and baffling
• Cut, fit, and install insulation materials
• Build, assemble, and hang doors
• Set up and take down panel boxes
• Drill and install exterior panels
• Operate hand tools daily, including drills, wrenches, grinders, screwdrivers, and knives
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools, machines, and equipment
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance
• Perform other routine duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
• TIG and/or MIG welding certification is a plus
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Manufacturing/production setting
• Standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive tasks required
• Use of hand and power tools throughout shift
