Be part of a team that transforms the lives of professionals around the world through our leading staffing solutions!Responsibilities:Understand the unique needs and challenges of prospects, offering tailored staffing solutions that demonstrate the value of our services in enhancing recruitment efficiency and driving business growth.Conduct compelling presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our staffing solutions, addressing client pain points and emphasizing their impact on business success.Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a smooth transition to the onboarding process for new clients.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide valuable insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of our offerings.Collaborate cross-functionally with sales development, customer success, revenue operations, and marketing teams to drive success.Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and compellingly.Ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions, positioning our services as the ideal solution for their business challenges.Strong negotiation skills to close deals while ensuring a win-win outcome for both our firm and the client.Comfortable using and presenting technology solutions, with a quick ability to learn and adapt to new tools and platforms.Requirements:Proven track record of 1-3 years in B2B sales, preferably in the staffing or recruiting industry, with a deep understanding of the sales process and a history of meeting or exceeding targets.Experience presenting virtual demos of a product or service via screen share.Experience with pipeline generation and management.Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach.io), and other sales technologies.Highly motivated, coachable, and strong work ethic.Company DescriptionWe care about the success of each member of out team!
