Lead Resident Care in a Beautiful, Boutique Assisted Living Community
Talent Solutions Group is recruiting an experienced and compassionate Assisted Living Nurse Manager for a well-established, high-quality senior living community on Chicago's Southwest Side.
This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys working closely with residents, families, and caregivers in a smaller, more personalized setting.

We're seeking someone who combines strong clinical judgment with leadership skills, organization, and a genuine commitment to exceptional resident care.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily nursing and resident care operations within the assisted living community.
- Lead, support, and coordinate caregivers and nursing staff.
- Monitor resident health, changes in condition, and ongoing care needs.
- Coordinate resident assessments, service plans, and care documentation.
- Oversee medication management and ensure appropriate nursing practices.
- Communicate regularly with residents, families, physicians, and outside healthcare providers.
- Support staff training, scheduling, and performance improvement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Illinois assisted living regulations and facility policies.
- Promote a welcoming, respectful, and resident-centered environment.
What We're Looking For
- Active Illinois RN or LPN license.
- Nursing experience in assisted living, senior living, long-term care, skilled nursing, or a related setting.
- Previous supervisory, charge nurse, or nursing management experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, medication management, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable leading a small team while remaining hands-on and accessible.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding resident care.
