Talent Solutions Group is partnering with an established law firm seeking a Case Management Attorney to oversee complex mass tort litigation matters and help drive the successful management of a substantial case portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys organizing complex litigation, managing legal teams and workflows, and ensuring cases progress efficiently from intake through resolution.
We're interested in attorneys with experience in mass torts, complex litigation, class actions, personal injury, or high-volume civil litigation who bring strong organizational skills, sound legal judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and coordinate a portfolio of mass tort and complex litigation cases.
- Manage case progression, deadlines, documentation, and litigation workflows.
- Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and legal support professionals.
- Review pleadings, discovery materials, and other case-related documents.
- Monitor court orders, filing requirements, and litigation developments.
- Coordinate with attorneys, co-counsel, and internal teams to keep matters moving forward.
- Maintain accurate case records, reporting, and case-management systems.
- Identify process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client service.
What We're Looking For

- Experience coordinating multiple cases, deadlines, and legal workflows.
- Ability to work effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and support teams.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using legal case-management technology and reporting tools.
Experience with Litify, multidistrict litigation (MDL), or large case inventories is a plus, not a requirement.

- Opportunity to take ownership of case-management processes and operations.
- Collaborative environment working alongside experienced legal professionals.
- Leadership opportunities involving legal support teams and case workflows.
