Talent Solutions Group (TSG) is seeking an experienced Director of Recruiting to lead our recruiting organization across the United States and offshore.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an accomplished agency recruiting professional who knows how to manage recruiters, drive production, establish priorities, improve recruiting processes, and build high-performing teams.

You'll have broad ownership of recruiting delivery across TSG's practice areas, managing both onshore and offshore recruiting resources and helping us continue to build a scalable, accountable recruiting organization.

What You'll Do

As Director of Recruiting, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and performance of TSG's recruiting organization.

You will:

• Lead, Grow and manage U.S.-based and offshore recruiters
• Set recruiting priorities and allocate searches across the team
• Drive candidate production and recruiting activity
• Ensure urgent and high-priority searches receive immediate attention
• Coach recruiters on sourcing, screening, candidate qualification and closing
• Review candidate quality before submission when appropriate
• Monitor pipelines and ensure candidates continue moving through the process
• Establish consistent recruiting processes, standards and best practices
• Conduct recruiter training and ongoing development
• Hold recruiters accountable for activity, responsiveness and results
• Identify performance issues and implement improvement plans
• Recruit and onboard additional recruiters as the organization grows
• Help determine the right mix of onshore, offshore and specialized recruiting resources
• Improve the use of recruiting technology, AI sourcing tools and automation
• Partner directly with TSG leadership on hiring needs, workload, performance and recruiting strategy

You do not need to be an expert in every discipline. We need a strong recruiting leader who knows how to quickly understand a search, organize the recruiting effort, and lead specialists effectively.

What We're Looking For

• 5 years of agency/staffing recruiting experience
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing recruiters
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting
• Experience managing multiple searches, clients and priorities simultaneously
• Ability to evaluate recruiter activity, candidate quality and pipeline health
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
• Experience training, coaching and developing recruiters
• Comfortable managing remote and geographically distributed teams
• Experience working with or managing offshore recruiting teams strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization and leadership skills
• High sense of urgency and accountability
• Comfortable using recruiting technology, sourcing platforms and AI-enabled recruiting tools
• Ability to operate independently in a remote environment

The Leadership Style We're Looking For

We want a leader who is visible, engaged and involved in the recruiting operation.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage exclusively through reports and meetings. The Director should know what's happening with the team's searches, understand where recruiters are struggling, help solve difficult recruiting problems, and make sure priorities turn into candidate production.

You'll have the autonomy to improve processes, develop recruiters and help shape how TSG builds its recruiting organization going forward.

Compensation

This is a 100% performance-based, commission-only leadership position with significant upside for someone who can build and lead a productive recruiting organization.

Compensation includes:

• Leadership overrides tied to team placements and production
• Commissions on personal placements, if you choose to recruit directly
• Additional earning opportunities tied to growth and performance
• No cap on earnings

The primary expectation, however, is leadership and team production—not carrying a full individual recruiting desk.
