100% Remote | Commission-Based | Experienced Agency Recruiters
Talent Solutions Group (TSG) is looking for an experienced Technology Recruiter to join our growing recruiting team.
This is an opportunity for a recruiter who knows how to source hard-to-find technical talent, build candidate relationships, understand complex requirements, and move quickly on high-priority searches.
TSG has been recruiting nationally for more than 20 years. You'll work on active client requirements across technology and other specialized areas while having the flexibility of a 100% remote environment and a compensation structure that rewards production.

What You'll Do
- Source and recruit candidates for contract and permanent positions
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult technical searches
- Conduct recruiter screens and evaluate candidates against client requirements
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Present qualified candidates with clear, accurate submission information
- Manage candidates throughout the interview and offer process
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates and the TSG team
- Work closely with recruiting leadership to understand daily priorities
- Use LinkedIn, job boards, ATS tools, referrals, networking, AI tools, and direct sourcing
- Continue recruiting on active searches until positions are filled
- Build long-term relationships with high-quality technology professionals
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of technology recruiting experience preferred
- Agency or staffing-firm recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to source difficult-to-find technical candidates
- Understanding of technology terminology and ability to learn new technical areas quickly
- Experience recruiting both contract and permanent talent is a plus
- Strong candidate screening and qualification skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple searches
- Strong sense of urgency
- Self-motivated and productive in a remote environment
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, accountable recruiting team
We're particularly interested in recruiters who understand that quality matters more than simply submitting resumes. You should be able to understand what a client actually needs, identify the right profile, and explain why your candidate is a fit.
