I’m partnering with a mission-driven nonprofit making a real impact across NYC—focused on improving access to healthcare, housing, and nutrition in underserved communities.
They’re looking for a strong Administrative / Executive Support professional to work onsite & closely with the Executive Director and help keep operations running smoothly across the organization.
This is a highly visible, fast-paced role where you’ll wear a lot of hats—supporting leadership, managing projects, coordinating vendors, and helping drive key initiatives forward.
What they’re looking for:
- Someone highly organized and self-sufficient
- Strong admin project coordination experience
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and systems at once
- Experience with purchasing, vendor coordination, or operations support is a big plus
- Tech-savvy and able to pick things up quickly
Qualifications:
- Healthcare or nonprofit background preferred
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (SharePoint, Teams, Excel), Inova
