About the Role
Emanouil Brothers Inc. is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Crew Lead to supervise on-site crews for commercial landscaping and hardscaping projects. In this leadership role, you’ll ensure projects are executed on time, to spec, and exceed client expectations. The ideal candidate is hardworking, knowledgeable, and goal-oriented, with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate a team while taking direction from Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise landscape construction crews on commercial sites
- Execute landscape and hardscape construction plans with precision
- Take direction from Project Managers and meet project milestones on schedule
- Communicate effectively to maintain crew productivity and morale
- Read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Operate and maintain landscape equipment and tools
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Ensure efficient material use and report shortages or issues
- Complete documentation and project reports
- Foster a team environment built on respect, quality, and accountability
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of landscape construction experience; leadership experience preferred
- Ability to manage crews and deliver high-quality projects on schedule
- Knowledge of landscape construction tools, techniques, and safety standards
- Strong ability to read plans and follow project layouts
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 10 Certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Hoisting License preferred (negotiable)
- Valid driver’s license (insurable)
- No formal education required
