Overview
Seeking an Enterprise Operations Senior Analyst with strong Major Incident Management (MIM) experience to support a 24/7 global IT environment. This role leads incident response, ensures rapid service restoration, and drives operational stability across hybrid cloud and on-prem systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead major incident response as Incident Commander
- Coordinate bridge calls, escalations, and stakeholder communications
- Monitor systems, perform health checks, and resolve complex issues
- Troubleshoot across OS, networking, virtualization, and cloud environments
- Automate processes and support performance optimization
- Prepare incident reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 5 years in IT operations/NOC and MIM leadership
- Experience in 24/7, high-availability environments
- Proficiency with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace), ServiceNow
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, networking, VMware, and Azure
- Scripting experience (Python, PowerShell)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Preferred
- ITIL certification; Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with SLAs, automation, and process improvement
