Responsibilities
- Lead eDiscovery operations, workflows, and team oversight
- Develop and improve processes and best practices
- Manage document-heavy litigation matters and review teams
- Administer eDiscovery platforms (e.g., Reveal or similar)
- Train attorneys and staff on tools and processes
- Coordinate with attorneys, vendors, and internal teams
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
- Ensure accuracy of case materials and stay current on industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; JD or certifications a plus
- 5 years of eDiscovery experience with leadership exposure
- Experience with Reveal or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of eDiscovery and court rules
- Solid project management, technical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to travel and be available outside standard hours
