A leading law firm is seeking a Paralegal to support regulatory matters, litigation, and international arbitration. This role focuses on managing filings and case support in trade remedies and cross-border disputes.
Responsibilities
- Support all phases of regulatory, litigation, and arbitration matters
- Assist with trade remedies proceedings and related federal litigation
- Prepare, review, and cite-check legal filings
- Conduct legal research (Westlaw, Lexis, PACER)
- Manage case files and coordinate electronic filings (PACER/ECF)
- Assist with trial and arbitration preparation, including witness coordination
- Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and staff; supervise support staff as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; 4 years of relevant paralegal experience
- Experience in regulatory, litigation, or arbitration (trade remedies/arbitration preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation tools (e.g., Relativity)
- Strong knowledge of court rules and filing procedures
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Foreign language skills or paralegal certification a plus
