What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Analyst position at Randstad Enterprise?
Seeking a bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) Operations Analyst for a 6 month long assignment.
The team is seeking resources who can support either a project-based initiative or business-as-usual (BAU) operations. Candidates may align to one of two skill sets, with a preference for the project-focused profile.
Preferred Skill Set – Project Support (Kellanova Integration):
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas and VLOOKUPs.
- Strong experience with mail merges and document generation, including preparation and testing.
- Experience creating and managing DocuSign templates, uploading documents, tracking status, sending to associates, and downloading executed documents.
- Ability to assist with processing and administrative support related to project changes.
Alternate Skill Set – BAU / HR Operations Support:
- Background in HR operations, call center, or customer service environments.
- Experience supporting associates by explaining HR processes and policies.
- Comfortable handling inbound calls and web chats to address associate inquiries.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work as part of a larger, team-oriented environment (approximately 14 team members).
While candidates may fit either profile, priority will be given to individuals with strong document generation, mail merge, and DocuSign experience, as this skill set is currently a gap on the team.
