Our client, a Global Beauty team, is seeking a Senior Manager of Creative Operations. The role will be a 6 month contract with required 3 days/week in office (Tuesdays-Thursdays). Please do not apply if you cannot commit to required in office days.
OBJECTIVES:
This position is responsible for managing creative executions across multiple brands in the portfolio, with a focus on the North America region. This includes ecommerce, social, email, in-store signage, 360 campaigns, and special initiatives, from inception to completion. This role will serve as the liaison between the internal creative team and key business partners, providing communication to all stakeholders regarding status, timelines and budgets. They will partner with all teams to strategically troubleshoot any roadblocks or issues and come up with creative solutions.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
•Track development of projects, including: ecommerce, social, email, in-store signage, 360 campaigns, and special initiatives from inception through production and delivery.
•Thoroughly review incoming briefs and gather all pertinent information and key milestones for project requests to develop strategy and timelines for creative execution
•Assign resources to each project based on project needs and skillset
•Oversee each phase of the internal and external approval process, including all rounds of design and copy.
•Monitor progress of projects through the creative and production process by constant, clear communication and coordination with the creative team.
•Work hand-in-hand with the creative team to develop projects and anticipate the launch and maintenance requirements of the program as outlined in content calendars.
•Inform all parties on timeline or budget roadblocks or issues and provide recommendations and solutions.
•Continuously maintain/update asset status reports.
Qualifications
•7-12 years of experience in creative operations / creative project management either from within an agency or brand environment
•Deep understanding of best practice creative processes within a creative agency or brand
•Ability to take ownership of and manage projects from brief through delivery
•Expert knowledge of digital execution across ecommerce, email campaigns, online ads, social, etc.
•Knowledge of 360 and in-store execution including signage, OOH, events, etc.
•Experience implementing process changes and setting strategic goals
•Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Experience interfacing and building relationships with multiple stakeholders and functions across a large organization
•Ability to strive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects and priorities at all times
•Proactive, problem solver with a can-do approach
•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
