Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently within the production area.
- Assemble products according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any issues or malfunctions.
- Assist in training new employees on production processes and safety protocols.
Experience
- Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred, particularly in a manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes is advantageous.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus, enabling effective troubleshooting of equipment.
- Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment is beneficial.
