Job Description:
As a Tool and Die Maker, you will be responsible for designing, fabricating, and maintaining tools and dies used in production processes. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to create tools and dies.
- Utilize a variety of machines, including CNC mills, lathes, and surface grinders.
- Perform precision measurements and adjustments to ensure quality specifications are met.
- Troubleshoot and repair existing tools and dies as needed.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve tooling designs and processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 experience as a Tool and Die Maker.
- Proficient in using various machining tools and techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
