SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Workstation Support Analyst for an On-Site opportunity in Columbia, SC. Candidates need to have 2 years of technical workstation, PC, operations support experience.
Work Location: 100% On-Site in Columbia, SC.
Required Qualifications of the Workstation Support Analyst:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
- Required Education: Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job related field. or 2 years of job related work experience.
- Required Work Experience: 2 years of technical operations support experience
- Required Technologies: Teams, Office, Excel & Windows
- CompTIA A Certification preferred
Responsibilities of the Workstation Support Analyst:
- This role will be responsible for leading workstation support initiatives across various projects
- Managing PC imaging and deployment processes. Installing and configuring software applications
- Troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues
About our Team:
We have a sub team of 4 members of the greater team of 70 for all of Workstation Support.
Work Location: 100% On-Site in Columbia, SC.
