SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Information System Security Officer (ISSO) for an onsite opportunity. Candidate will be leading Security, Risk, and Compliance activities in support of new and ongoing Cybersecurity efforts.
MUST be a SC resident or willing to relocate to SC prior to starting the role at their own expense.
Required Qualifications of the Information System Security Officer (ISSO):
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
- 5 years of experience in IT working with and/or auditing IBM System 390/zSeries, Windows, Linux, Databases (Relational and Non-Relational), Networking Infrastructure and Web-based Applications.
- Prior experience working within a FISMA or NIST compliant program
- Prior experience in working with any eGRC systems (Archer (eGRC)
- Prior Health Information Technology experience
- Risk management experience
- Network Firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), Switching and Routing Infrastructure
- SIEM, IAM
Responsibilities of the Information System Security Officer (ISSO):
Responsible for leading Security, Risk, and Compliance activities in support of new and ongoing Cybersecurity efforts. Senior ISSO will direct the establishment, implementation, and/or enhancement of Information Systems Security and Compliance efforts based on Federal, State, and agency policy/standards, in accordance with Regulatory Guidance such as FISMA, NIST, CMS MARS-E, HIPAA, etc.). The Senior ISSO must be a strong verbal and written communicator, eager to interact with staff, multiple business units, stakeholders and vendors. The Senior ISSO will report to the ISSO Team Lead in OCS and operate as an experienced cybersecurity consultant to leadership, business units, business partners and vendors.
Work Location: Onsite Columbia, SC
Salary : $135,000 - $138,000
