Job Details
We re looking for a System Support Analyst for an onsite role in Columbia, SC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support IT infrastructure
- Resolve patching, compliance, updates, network, and security issues by coordinating with corporate associates in the datacenter
- Manage server and password updates, occasionally outside regular business hours
- Participate in quarterly production development moves, which occur on a Saturday
Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 years of technical experience with systems analysis, design, and/or programming experience, or other job-related IT experience
- Experience with:
- Windows server maintenance
- PowerShell scripting
- Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware)
- System security and backup/recovery skills
- Knowledge of networking and internet security
- Proficiency in Active Directory and Windows Server management
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related degree
The hourly rate for this position is $49.12.
